Article Process Charge (APC)
Wilma Global Journals is committed to making research accessible to all. We do not charge any fees for article submission or manuscript processing.
However, upon acceptance of a manuscript, authors are required to pay an Article Publication Charge (APC) of $100 USD (or its local currency equivalent), with discounts of up to 70% based on eligibility.
Payment instructions will be provided after manuscript acceptance. Authors may also pay securely via PayPal using the payment link included in the invoice.
Eligibility for APC Discount
We understand that some authors may face financial constraints or special circumstances. APC discount requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Documented Financial Need: Researchers experiencing hardship or lacking institutional funding, especially from low-income countries.
- Early-Career Researchers and Students: PhD candidates, postgraduates, and emerging scholars with limited grant access.
- Institutional Limitations: Authors from organisations that do not cover publishing fees or only provide partial support.
- Multiple Submissions: Authors submitting two or more manuscripts within a 6-month period may be considered for reduced APCs on subsequent submissions.
- Cross-Institutional Collaboration: Projects involving co-authors from low-income or underfunded institutions.
- Exceptional Circumstances: Any compelling case where a waiver or reduction would promote academic equity, subject to editorial board approval.
