Publication Policy

At Wilma Global Journals, our publication policy reflects our commitment to academic integrity, transparency, and excellence in scholarly publishing. This policy guides authors, editors, reviewers, and readers to ensure that all works published meet the highest international standards.

1. Scope of Publication

Wilma Global Journals publishes original, peer-reviewed research articles, reviews, case studies, short communications, conference proceedings, and special issue papers across disciplines relevant to our journals.

Submissions must contribute meaningfully to knowledge advancement and demonstrate methodological rigour.

2. Open Access Policy

All articles are published under an Open Access model, ensuring that research is freely available online to the global community without financial, legal, or technical barriers.

This promotes wider dissemination, visibility, and impact of scholarly work.

3. Ethical Standards

  • Authors must adhere to honesty, transparency, and originality.
  • Submissions must not be under review elsewhere or previously published, except as a thesis or preprint.
  • Fabrication, falsification, plagiarism, or unethical conduct will be handled according to COPE guidelines.

4. Authorship and Contribution

  • Only individuals with significant contributions should be listed as authors.
  • The order of authorship should be agreed before submission.
  • Other contributors should be acknowledged separately.

5. Conflict of Interest

Authors, reviewers, and editors must declare any financial, academic, or personal conflicts of interest that may affect objectivity.

6. Peer Review Process

  • All manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review.
  • At least two independent reviewers assess originality, quality, clarity, and relevance.
  • Editors make final decisions based on reviewer recommendations and journal policy.

7. Data Availability and Transparency

Authors are encouraged to share supplementary data, datasets, or materials where relevant to support reproducibility and transparency.

Sensitive data must comply with ethical and legal standards.

8. Corrections, Retractions, and Updates

  • Errors after publication may be corrected through errata or corrigenda.
  • Serious ethical or methodological issues may result in retraction.
  • Updated versions will be clearly linked to the original article.

9. Intellectual Property and Copyright

Authors retain copyright but grant Wilma Global Journals the right to publish, distribute, and archive their work.

Articles are published under Creative Commons Licensing terms.

10. Archiving and Preservation

Published articles are digitally archived for long-term preservation and accessibility. Wilma Global Journals participates in recognised archiving systems.

11. Publication Fees

To sustain open access, Wilma Global Journals may charge a modest Article Processing Charge (APC).

APCs do not influence editorial decisions. Waivers or discounts may be available.
