Author Guidelines

1. Manuscript Preparation

  • Manuscripts must be original and not under review elsewhere.
  • All submissions should be written in clear, concise English (British spelling is preferred).
  • The manuscript should include:
    • Title Page: Author names, affiliations, and corresponding author contact details.
    • Abstract: 150–250 words and 3–6 keywords.
    • Main Text: Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion.
    • References: APA 7th edition style (or journal-specific format).

2. Formatting

  • Word limit: 4,000–10,000 words (including references, tables, and figures).
  • Font: Times New Roman, size 12, line spacing 1.5.
  • Tables and figures must be clearly labelled and placed close to their first reference in the text.

3. File Format

  • Submit manuscripts in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx).
  • Supporting files (datasets, appendices, images) may be uploaded as supplementary materials.

4. Submission Process

  • Submit via the Wilma Global Journals online submission system or email: submission@wilmajournals.org
  • Authors will receive an acknowledgement upon submission.

5. Ethics and Compliance

  • Disclose conflicts of interest, funding sources, and acknowledgements.
  • Studies involving humans or animals must include ethical clearance details.

6. Review and Publication

  • All submissions undergo editorial screening and double-blind peer review.
  • Accepted papers are copyedited, proofread, and formatted before publication.

7. Author Responsibilities

  • Submit only original, unpublished work.
  • Provide proper citations to avoid plagiarism.
  • All authors must have significantly contributed to the work.
  • The corresponding author ensures all co-authors approve the submission.
  • Disclose financial support, affiliations, or conflicts of interest.
  • Respond to reviewer comments professionally and promptly.

8. Publication Fees

  • Wilma Global Journals operates an open-access model.
  • An Article Processing Charge (APC) of $100 is required after acceptance.
  • Fee waivers or discounts (up to 70%) may be granted for eligible authors.
  • No fees are charged at submission — payment is only required after acceptance.
